Who we are

CurlySynth is the audio software workshop of Simone Riccini, based in Italy. You can reach us at hello@curlysynth.com.

Who you buy from

Orders are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record for the sale. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, calculates and collects VAT or sales tax where it applies, and issues your receipt.

What you get

Our products are software for macOS, delivered as a digital download. Each product page lists the formats, the system requirements and the price. Please check the requirements before you buy.

A purchase gives you a licence to use the software, not ownership of it. The licence terms are in the End User Licence Agreement shown in the installer. In short: it is a personal licence, you can use it for personal and commercial music, and the music you make is yours.

Delivery

After payment you receive an email with your receipt and a download link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then write to hello@curlysynth.com.

Prices

Prices are shown in euro. Taxes are added at checkout according to your country. We may change prices or run promotions at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Refunds

Updates and support

Updates to the version you bought are free. We answer support requests by email, normally within a few working days: hello@curlysynth.com.

Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
