The short version

We collect as little as we can. This website has no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. Our plug-ins and apps do not connect to the internet and do not collect any data.

What we handle, and why

• Newsletter. If you join the list, we store your email address to send you news about our products. The list is run with MailerLite. You can unsubscribe from any email, at any time.
• Purchases. Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. They handle your payment details; we never see your card number. We receive your name, email address, country and what you bought, so that we can deliver the product, provide support and keep the records the law requires.
• Email. If you write to us, we keep the conversation for as long as it takes to help you.
• Videos. Product videos are hosted on YouTube and load only when you click to play them. From that moment YouTube (Google) may set cookies and process data under its own policy.
• Hosting. The site is served by our hosting provider, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

How long we keep it

Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support emails for as long as needed to help you.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@curlysynth.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Italy that is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
